Rooms are practical designed and have tiled floors. All are air conditioned and equipped with a minibar, a telephone and a safety deposit box. The private bathrooms include showers. I think we would have struggled to find better as only a three minute walk from the main strip and everything was perfect for us, with an excellent breakfast to go with it. The rooms were big enough and very clean, the gardens were beautiful and kept immaculate, and all the staff were very welcoming, polite, and friendly. One morning I was watching humming birds while having breakfast which was amazing. We would definitely stay there again if we went back to Ilha Grande.

Atelier Sylvio Cavalheiro offers a serene and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were captivated by the enchanting atmosphere and the meticulously designed gardens. The attention to detail in the architecture and decor of the atelier is truly remarkable. It seamlessly blends art and nature, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient proximity to the ocean. Just a short 5-minute walk through the picturesque village led us to the crystal-clear waters of the ocean. The beach was pristine and inviting, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether we were lounging on the sand or taking a refreshing swim, the beauty of the surroundings never ceased to amaze us. Furthermore, the village itself is a delightful place to explore. It has a charming and laid-back atmosphere, with friendly locals and an array of quaint shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the village, immersing ourselves in the local culture, and indulging in delicious seafood delicacies. With its exceptional host, stunning property, and convenient location near the ocean, it offers an unrivaled experience for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

This property offers massage services and a spa bath for a surcharge. The staff made all difference in our stay at the Island , the girls were very friendly and receptive , apart from all the great tips about the place like hikes and restaurants/clubs in town. We got 3 out of 5 days in pouring rain and even though had a great time in there =)
