Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. It offers free WiFi in all areas subject to availability. We booked one night because we wanted a place on our way from Vienna to Salzburg. Not really expecting anything. We got a beautiful and very large room that fit perfectly to or family (2+3). the room was spot clean, the stuff was very friendly, there is a private parking and the location inside Melk is perfect. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great!

A traditional Viennese-style café in a 16th-century building in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Melk, Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is only 500 metres from Melk Abbey. Free high-speed WiFi and free private parking are available. Everything was wonderful. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our room and the view.

Ideally situated in the heart of the city of Krems, at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau, the family-run Hotel Unter den Linden is just a few minutes’ walk away from many of the local attractions. This place has a great location, close to the city center. The staff was welcoming and helpful. And the room was large and well-equipped. Recommended

Absolutely stunning location, a few steps from the monastery. Nice and flexible staff, very kind and helpful. The room and all the facilities were clean and comfortable.
