The hotel provides spacious 26sqm rooms of which 30 percent are interconnecting, as well as 24-hour meeting rooms. Other services include free WiFi, late checkout at 14:00, a 24-hour gym. Excellent value for the money. I generally like to try new hotels when I go in the same place I've been before but this one seems too good to pass in case I ever return to Dubai. Everything was great about the employees and the hotel. We got a room with a smell that bothered me - they changed it on the spot. They have a small 24/7 supermarket in the lobbby, very helpful (even if a bit pricey, but for small things it was a very good option). Lobby is also a very good place to work as they have verious places to sit on your laptop. Checkout was at 2 PM!! And many other great things.

Very Comfortable Quiet Hotel located direcrly on Dubai Water Canal with Magnificent terrefic Views in the morning time and evening time as well where the lights of the surrounding towers are brighting into the canal. A dining destination in its own right, the resort is home to 16 restaurants and bars, including menus from Michelin-starred masters and homegrown culinary concepts – all served in stylish indoor and outdoor settings. Absolutely stunning property, we received an upgrade to the Residence. This section of the hotel feels very quiet and secluded with a library serving high tea in the afternoon, a dining room and a gorgeous pool just for guests staying at the Residence. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and so polite. They are doing their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Spa/Fitness is truly amazing as well! It's an impressive beachfront property with many excellent restaurants to choose from. You can even take a complimentary boat ride to the other O&O hotel at the Palm. We had an awesome stay, highly recommended and the complimentary tickets to Aquaventure are a big plus! Definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai and trust me, we have seen many!
