A fabulous hotel near Menlo Park. An unassuming entrance off El Camino leads into an oasis of comfort and top-notch service. The rooms have been beautifully updated - ours had a lovely private, outdoor patio. The pool, gym and grounds are immaculate. Breakfast (included) is outstanding. And the small touches, like a readily-available coffee machine, ice water and chocolate bowl in the lobby, and free laundry take it over the top. John and Briana at the front desk were amazing , kind and very professional. The hotel is perfect for the price and location. My room was nice , clean and modern with a good TV set. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel. It’s great for the price and I feel they have attention to detail and great service. ( Coffee at the lobby is fantastic).

The little touches. Dishwasher and washing tablets. Tissues etc. just all the extras. Good communication and a comfortable lovely unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Near the hotel, there was a restaurant that is open 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday, which was helpful to me. Because I feel unpleasant when I feel transparency of voice by other guest through the wall, I asked the employee to select a quiet room. She did as I requested. I evaluate this hotel in this point. The design inside the room makes me feel cozy to see.

This is a good budget hotel, between SFO and Palo Alto where I was visiting. Everything was clean and worked well and it was a lot cheaper than the options in Palo Alto itself. The coffee was good too.

I loved my stay and will stay again. It was very quiet in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The TV was great and had all the channels I wanted. Downtown Redwood City is very beautiful and is close by. The staff was lovely.

Convenient location for the airport, and San Francisco it’s self. Redwood City is lovely and has nice atmosphere and eateries on an evening.

Good staff, polite and helpful young people (even found me a comb for free). Breakfast, although continental, but with scrambled eggs, which was a pleasant surprise. The lovely lady was constantly checking the food to make sure it was enough. The location is good, the hotel is on the main road, close to Stanford University, easily accessible by bus.

Generally a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone on a business trip. The rooms are tiny but have everything a normally sized hotel would have. It’s well designed and modern, and I appreciate the complimentary water bottles (2) and snacks they leave in the room. Also, it’s been recently renovated so the rooms feel fresh and airy, and it’s a 7 min walk to the train station!
