I booked a suite but my elderly mother and her sister couldn't use the bath shower facility as they could not climb into the bath. They requested a room with a proper shower - they were accomodated in this regard but they were downgraded into a normal room, however the hotel refused to give the correct rate for that room and still charged for the suite. Very disappointing and unfriendly staff

The breakfast service was incredible! Pippi was extremely welcoming, and the interior design was really beautiful. We loved that local artists were involved in the decor.
