Great appartment, lots of space we received a free upgrade to a seaside room a couple hours prior our arrival I was afraid of lacking toilet paper/towels due to other reviews of this hotel. We did not face these issues, as we had enough towels and more than enough toilet paper. Pods for the washing machine have been provided too.

Also, the family studio was perfect for us; there was: one room, a living with two couches, laundry facilities, and a full kitchen, all things beneficial for a family. Location is fantastic - one street behind some great restaurants and walking distance from all the other streets and the beach. (Try Rosetta Bakery for breakfast!) I'm always picky about the bed and pillow but they are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. A few staff members even remembered my name! Rooms are spacious and two free water bottles are provided daily. Can definitely recommend!

the penthouse Victoria is very nice. the rooftop is incredible. definitely book the Victoria suite and not the victor, as the victor is hidden behind and doesn't come close to the views! The reception staff was fantastic, and the manager, she hooked us up with a beautiful breakfast next door at the versace hotel, as the lift to our suite was broken for the first days. all around great experience.
