And I loved that they held on to my bag even after I checked out on the last morning so I didn't have to drag it around with me. That sealed the deal for me when looking.

The manager got involved in my check in. I had the wrong weekend checked on the reservations calendar online. She secured a room with a comparable price and allowed me to stay. It would have been terrible to look for another hotel at that time of night. Kuddos to the night manager. I asked her name but I can't remember it. She was so professional and courteous.
