The staff were are very kind and well-trained in customer service. However, it is necessary to ask for things twice sometimes, and remind them of the requests you've made, but even when things don't run smoothly, everyone is very attentive and apologetic. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast — the coffee is not great, but then it's so hot, you might just skip it all together. The four different pools in the hotel are wonderful and provide an opportunity for calm to those who go without children and for relaxed fun to those who do take children.
Bwejuu (Near Paje)

The atmosphere of the hotel makes you relax immediately. The attentive staff and management. The rustic style of the hotel. I stayed there over Xmas and a dinner was organized by the hotel where guests were invited, that was a great gesture.
