I like ROTANA, the bathrooms are clean and well designed, towels are white and clean, food is nice except chefs needs to be more flexible for food on demand for self service. I am a regular customer, mostly recommend to most of my visitors.

The villa hotel is a nice little boutique hotel with a pool and garden area straight at the beach. The location close towards DAR is great. The rooms are up to date and mostly well maintained. We where travelling with a family of 5 and had 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom had a small annex with a third bed. A reasonably large parking is available within the hotel compound for travelers with a car. The host / owner is lovely and great and speaks English's very well.

This is a very well run and real 5 star hotel. The environments within the hotel are all very nicely designed and provide lots of space to relax or work. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.

Liked the service at the reception, clean room, good swimming pool 25m well taken care of, in general good. Relatively old "luxury" place, high ceilings, stone, a change from over priced boutique hotels. AC that works . Good views over the beach. Quieter place than Dar.

The renovated ”deluxe room” was nice and rather good value in Dar with Genius discounts. I wouldn’t pay their normal prices though. Staff is generally very friendly. Please note that the manager is desperately begging for good reviews only, so most guests leave out the negative aspects. In pictures, you get the feeling of ”boutique hotel” but in reality it’s just photogenic budget hotel - don’t expect more.
