The staff was also very polite and kind and made all the efforts to male my stay comfortable: Rating 10/10 Room: I booked a spacious and cozy family suit room with jacuzzi and personal terrace and sitting arrangement. View from the terrace was picturesque. Staff has provided complimentary extra cot for my kids. Rating 10/10 Breakfast: Breakfast spread was really nice and better than a five star hotel. Owner of the hotel has taken care of our veg food option as well. Rating: 9.5/10

I cannot exaggerate how phenomenal this hotel is. The staff were SUPERB. Özgür (who I believe was the hotel manager) was particularly wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the area, so helpful with arranging taxis and laundry service, and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel’s sommelier was also delightful - he prepared the loveliest fruit plate for us when we got a bottle of wine from the hotel. The facilities are stunning, with gorgeous attention to detail and every comfort you could want. I cannot recommend this hotel or the staff enough!
