Stayed at this hotel in Krabi with a lovely waterpark pool view. The room was clean, had comfortable beds, and came with all the necessary amenities.
The resort’s waterslides are a lot of fun, and they also have a separate swimming pool, which is a nice addition. The lobby is spacious, and they provide tasty welcome drinks.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

The location of the hotel is second to none, the family room is excellent and I don’t think could be much better.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Fantastic location - spans both sides of Railay. Towel designs left by room cleaners was a really lovely touch. Friendly staff.The pools were lovely and the hotel is easy walking distance to the Railay main strip, restaurants, massage and shops, both Diamond and Princess caves close by and both East and West beach locations are easily accessed.
This resort was beyond anything I'd imagined! The pool, restaurants and common areas were absolutely stunning. The resort is embedded into the surrounding jungle; a giant cliff hangs over the pool. The food is spectacular and the staff is lovely. I cannot recommend Phutawan highly enough! It's especially ideal for younger people, traveling in groups or with a partner. It's so affordable, which is hard to believe considering how stunning it is!
The hotel is well designed (some rooms more than others). Overall is a good place to stay. The beach is stunning but very noisy all day with the boats (not the fault of the hotel though)
This is a gorgeous little hotel. Indoor and outdoor spaces are beautifully designed. Large room, comfortable beds, big swimming pool. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Live music in the evenings with a relaxed, comfortable outdoor space. Would definitely stay again if returning to Railay.

Location is pretty good as not too far from the main strip but just far enough so that its quiet at night.
Staff were friendly and attentive - our fan broke in our room and they fixed it immediately with no problems.
If you're looking for a tropical experience this hotel delivers. The rooms are situated in a forest / jungle area and have the most spectacular view. The food was really lovely and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Loved the pool area and the bathrooms were very nicely designed.
