The staff are so lovely. A great welcome to Thailand. We sat by the pool area and had some drinks and food. We had a great night. Definitely a great spot for a break after your long flight. The bed was so comfy.

One of the best hotels I've been to! I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife.
1. The staffes are very kind.
2. The pool is great—when I visited, no one else was using it, so we enjoyed it like a private pool.
3. The location is very quiet and calm; it's a bit far from the main attractions, so you can enjoy a peaceful vacation.
4. They have a pick-up service, and there's a big mall nearby, so you can ask them to pick you up from there and take you to the hotel. Even on foot, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the mall.
5. The room is very clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony is amazing.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
This hotel was very impressive from the design, staff, location and how clean it was. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, the location was not far from the airport however was a nice distance away not to be disturbed by the busy air and road traffic. Swimming pool was big and lovely and every part of the hotel was clean. There was a lovely bar outside that sits by the fish farm. Staff at the bar lovely and the lady who can speak thai, mandarin and English.
Was upgraded to Room 2503 on the 5th floor. It was quiet and very beautiful. Soft lighting and a lovely designed, practical space. A beautiful restaurant for dining with seafood buffet for 599,- Had a smooth transfer from the airport at 2.15 p.m. and to the airport at 06.00 a.m. Spacious sitting area around the pool with lots of comfy sunbeds. Stayed out till late, enjoyed my time, thank you!

Shuttle runs 24 hrs every 2 hrs
Modern tastfull designed hotel, big room, very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and gardens..Schuttle airport transfer..staff friendly and very helpfull. Very good buffett breakfast..would use again.
Free airport shuttle is definitely a plus when getting a grab car in thai is not easy and when you always have to bargain for lower taxi fare is frustrating. The room is not expensive, but I was surprised by how the exterior of the hotel look. I think it just went on renovation? but I now sure. The rooms area were aged though, but the interior design of the rooms seems new.
