These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The apartment was furnished to a high standard and was very comfortable. Our host was super responsive and helped us with some excellent recommendations on local activities. The games barn is a triumph - a really brilliant conversion and proved a great hit with our family and everyone else that was staying there. We loved all the handmade furniture and innovative design. Lovely big garden was good too and you can easily hike/run/cycle straight from the door.
There is a lot of love in this hotel and whoever was responsible for the interior design has done exceptionally good work with an old building. Its rather Wes Andersonesque. If only all owners of old buildings like this gave then this kind of love. Staff were wonderful, felt very cared for.
Breakfast was small, but with all important components. Everything was tasty and locally sourced. Staff is pleasant, helpful and very informative. Location and design of this lovely place is spot on.
Awesome boutique hotel, building has a great modern design and lots of nice details throughout. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant one night and that was excellent too. As the hotel was quiet, we got a room upgrade with an incredible view of the mountains behind.
