The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is good - enough selection. Most staff are very pleasant (front desk, bartender etc... but few staff (restaurant/pizza) did look little miserable? Both bartenders we had upstairs (different nights) were very good - customer service/quality of drinks etc...
Did not use pool or spa services so can't comment, used gym one morning (even though small had what I needed for well rounded work out). Was hoping to get the 30 min special message after but little confused on booking at adjacent desk - but found out easy enough through reception. Just ran out of time before we left to book.
Liked the kiosk for taxi service.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Exceptionally beautiful and excellent boutique hotel, fully renovated with the finest materials and unique style choices. Lovely cocktail bar, very good restaurant (Italian cuisine), and a stunning spa. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Superior room was lovely, great to have shower and separate bath and also a small fridge.
We loved the experience from the moment we stepped into building and were greeted by the lovely staff. We’ve felt taken care of and looked after when some challenges came up. These were solved swiftly and with a kind attitude. The interior design is spot on and great attention to detail has gone into it. The spa is lovely and offers a sanctuary away from the bustling streets. Many thanks for the lovely stay to the whole team. We’d choose this hotel again.
Amazing place and breakfast. I stayed here a couple of nights as my air bnb wasn't very nice and managed to get a last minute room here. Super central within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Lovely staff. Room was spotless and loved the interior design. Beautiful pool and communal kitchen where breakfast is served. The only thing I would say is my room looked directly onto the courtyard so you don't have much privacy from the gardeners etc, but there are sheer curtains.
