This is a beautifully designed hotel, it has a lovely feel and atmopshere. A lot of care and attention has gone into the build and interiors. The food is great! Very good quality including breakfast (a special mention to the lovely lady who makes the omelettes and fried eggs). The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Easy access to the city and fluvial rivers are nearby (10min by car). Very beautiful garden, spacious property and basic amenities such as coffee, small fridge, and microwave. The interior design is medieval, furniture is well conserved, glorious fireplace. Quite awesome!

My wife and I stayed in the Burgus Tribute & Design Hotel in Braga for one night during a holiday in Portugal. The hotel is very nice and the reception staff were fantastically helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast (to be ordered the evening before) was excellent.
This is an extraordinary conversion of a very old convent into a gorgeously appointed, elegant hotel which design acknowledges the history and Portuguese culture in a modern way that does not assert architectural ego over the magnificence of the old structure. Its location is perfectly central to walk to all the sights of lovely Braga.
Turned from a former hospital into a beautiful place for guests this hotels contained many positive surprises, signaling the good taste of the interior designers. We had wonderful rooms, spacious and with a balcony. The pool was wonderful as was breakfast each morning! So many great delicacies to choose from and a lovely place to sit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe parking. Great location to visit the beautiful city of Braga!
