The really helpful, friendly staff. The feeling of being in a normal, homely place that was understandable (e.g. there is an ordinary kettle, a heater - no complicated gadgets that make one feel frustrated and stupid). Superb location in beautiful Jordaan district - we didn't take breakfast but were given excellent recommendations by hotel staff for restaurants very close-by. The free coffee and tea all day and books and games in a communal area is a great idea!

First of all, before we arrived to the hotel, the stuff was at that time already helpful. When we were there they went even beyond! they were extremely helpful. they give us all the instructions, we needed, offered places to worth to go, helped with out luggages. the location of the hotel was super nice, the cleanless of the hotel was also nothing to complain about. we called the hotel as a ‘little treasure in a huge city’. highly recommended, for sure we will come back! thank you for everything again. :) Vivi & Geri
