Everything. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The Breakfast Buffet was fabulous! The parking (by payment) was secure. We were not there long enough to make use of the small patio to the rear of the hotel. The Reception recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner where we had a fantastic meal.

Décor is elegant and rooms are modern at the Artemisia Palace. All rooms have free Sky TV, a minibar, air conditioning and free toiletries.

Location is brilliant, close to the bus station. Easy access to everything. The apartment is large and very clean. Erina the host is so warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent communication, beautiful decor-especially the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and great bed linen. Very good sweet and savoury breakfast. Coffee, tea and minibar in the room. Helpful staff, spacious facilities, good aircon, quiet, comfy chairs, well serviced daily, very nice location close to Via Roma bus stops and good restaurants. Concierge service for bus to Monreale. We were able to borrow wineglasses and bottle opener for sundowners on our balcony.

The staff is phenomenal! They seem to truly enjoy providing helpful advice and went above and beyond to make themselves available throughout our stay. We ended up extending our stay because we we’re having such a great time in Palermo and at the B&B (in no small part to Valentina’s suggestion).
