On arrival to our hotel our room was ready early. The room was spacious, clean and had lots of extras such as coffee machine, water and bathrobes. The bed was comfy and air conditioning was ideal. The staff were very friendly. Always welcoming with a smile and very helpful. The reception area was very trendy with seat swings and a bar. The location was amazing. The metro stop was beside the hotel. Lots of Restaurants close by and the area was clean and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Milan.
