Everything was perfect. The property is a little remote and the location is very idyllic. We felt welcome right from the beginning, the host was very nice. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. We also had dinner at the property and it was so delicious. As was the breakfast. Definitely recommend!

This little gem of a B&B was excellent, Rita & her 2 sons were so welcoming & friendly, the language barrier (Italian/English) was fun 😃. Spotlessly clean, beautiful B&B. Breakfast for the sweet tooth 😋. Fabulous area, 2 mins walk to beach & local restaurants. Free bikes. Lovely place, would highly recommend, thanks again Rita 😘

I rate this hotel experience as 5 star!! The accommodations are very clean, visually appealing and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in all matters. I cannot speak highly enough of the very lovely Hotel Velia. The breakfast buffet was delicious offering all types of foods, eggs, bacon, sausage, all the cereals, fresh fruits, meat, cheeses, fresh breads/rolls, freshly made coffee's, etc. A lovely repast every morning. I highly recommend the Hotel Velia as the "go to" hotel in Grottammare.

The location is in the middle of the Borgo in the old town on top of a hill. It’s a steep climb to get there. Within 2 min walking there are 3 restaurants near you. It has a terrace with very very steep stairs which offers a beautiful view over the sea and town. The owners are lovely, great breakfast, home made by nonna in an arched breakfast room. Unique experience!
