Perfect location, walking distance to many actrations of the beautiful old City. The train station and the port of Cagliari are also very close. Staff very helpful and friendly. They don't serve breakfast but coffe machines and hot /cold water are available for free as well as cookies .Anyway, many nice Cafes,bars and restaurants are few steps away. The Art Guest House Is an old building but completely redecorated with attention to details and very clean. We Loved staying there.

The place is absolutely beautiful and has a gorgeous view over the city. I had all interactions with Mauro, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a little coffee station in the common room, which allows for a coffee with breathtaking views in the morning. The room itself was very clean and rather cool thanks to the thick walls (but also had A/C which I didn't have to use much). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also quite clean and had a nice shower. Absolutely great value for the price.

The flexibility of an early check-in after a delayed flight and being able to leave our bags for a few hours post-check-out was truly appreciated. Highly recommend for a delightful stay!

The hotel more than exceeded my expectations. But first things first: The welcome at the reception by Matteo and Anna was overwhelming, really nice to be greeted like that. The parking lot is opposite the hotel and had plenty of parking spaces. If you want a covered parking space, you can also use the underground garage. I would also like to mention the performance of the housekeeping department. Every day after a certain time they called to ask if the room needed to be cleaned. And my room was spotlessly cleaned day after day. I was very satisfied with the room itself. I had requested a very quiet room because of my night shifts. And I got just such a room in a side wing on the first floor. I had a very relaxed sleep for 9 nights. The mattresses were classified as very hard in some reviews. But for me it was just right. 100 Points! I can also highly recommend the bar and breakfast, there was something for everyone. If I were to visit Cagliari again in the future, this hotel would be my first choice.
