The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The most wonderful, friendly, cheerful and helpful host we have ever met. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ The location is perfect. The room is spacious, with comfortable beds and an amazing sea-view. There is a place to prepare food, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. You can also rest in a little garden with the view on the sea. There's another coffee machine and water in the corridor. Downstairs you can find a cafe with the best cakes and coffee in Zadar. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again next time in Zadar
