    1. The facilities and rooms were impeccably clean, even for a hostel with shared bathrooms. The bathroom facilities and showers were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. 2. Nestled amidst the jungle within Tikal National Park, this hostel harmoniously integrates with its natural surroundings, showcasing a thoughtful design that respects the environment. You wake up every day listening the howler monkeys 🐒 3. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond, facilitating tour bookings to explore the Tikal Maya ruins.

Our room was beautiful and huge! The bed was very large and was really comfortable. The surroundings were obviously stunning because you’re in the park! It was really quiet apart from the wonderful sounds of the animals. The fish at the restaurant was delicious

Excellent location, just a short walk from the Tikal ruins. Well designed common areas and pool looking out to the surrounding jungle. The rooms are spaced apart with open windows (covered in screens) so you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Nice base to visit Tikal Spacious room and lovely setting. Close to the park entrance. The tours organised by the hotel were very good (thank you Nixon). Excellent and helpful reception staff. Beware that electricity is only available for a few hours and not at nighttime (but you can charge telephones at reception)

Amazing location, literally right by the entrance to the park, very pretty setting, super comfortable and a nice restaurant, good pool, all very beautifully designed. All the staff was so helpful and friendly and welcoming and they organized the best guide to see the sites of Tikal!

The staff were lovely best part of our stay. The accommodation is basic. If you like a little bit of luxury this is not for you. Jungle Lodge would be the place for you.

Great experience! The lodge is in the middle of the jungle, but at the same time has a lot of luxury: there's a lovely pool area, the restaurant is good and the shared bathrooms are big, clean and modern (and I didn't see anyone else there, so didn't feel like a shared bathroom at all). The room is cute - definitely more a hotel than a hostel vibe. Plus obviously the tours are amazing :)

The property is fantastic. Close to the park entrance and is well designed and placed within the park. Nice lobby area, restaurant, pool and grounds in general. Would go back with no hesitation. Hope that this area gets busy again after the pandemic.
