The food was so fresh and delicious. There were many options available and a lot of variety with each meal.

Everything was exceptional! The suite was spacious,clean and designed with a great taste. Beds very comfortable. Amazing bathroom ,5 stars amenities and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent location with a great sea view. I travel a lot because of work and I can say that Palazo di Sitia is tremendous value for money. We will definitely come back!!!
A newly renovated small building. Excellent taste in design and wonderful touches throughout the room and the building. The owner is on site and is brilliant, engaging and very friendly and accommodating.
We enjoyed speaking with her while we were eating breakfast. We loved chatting about the area, her family and the renovation of the building.
I absolutely recommend this as THE place to stay while visiting Sitia.
We liked the location, short walking distance from the supermarket and cafes and restaurants in town. The apartment itself is beautifully designed and has a magnificent serene view of the town and sea. The host was very helpful and helped with all my questions, the simple and also the isoteric ones :). The place is quiet, with almost zero vehicle or street noise, which is something I'm sensitive about. Parking's comfortable.

We booked our stay last minute at 14 pm, and at 14:30 pm the house was clean and ready for check in. The apartment is very beautiful, the interior designs are very cozy and makes you feel at home. The host was super nice even though we booked last minute without warning. The position is amazing, in the city center, near the sea, near the main activities and near a very large free parking lot. The house was very clean and has all comforts that you may need in your stay. Great stay!
Huge, beatifully designed and cosy apartment with everything you need for a long stay (although we stayed just one night). Good location 5 minutes from the seaside. Although it did not have an air condition, it worked quite well for us using fans that every room had.
The hotel was very stylishly designed around a rockery theme I thought. The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast had a fantastic range of choices from fruit and cereal numerous bread sweets and cakes, hot buffet style cooked breakfast and freshly made pancakes. Freshly squeezed orange juice too!!!
The location was fantastic 5 min walk to restaurants and bars and the hotel was on the beach.
Comfortable apartment with a great design, located only 5 min away (on foot) from the main area of Sitia (harbor, restaurants, bars etc). The communication with the host was super smooth, the apartment, building and the neighborhood were clean and quiet and all in all we had a great stay! We highly recommend this place to everyone who is visiting Sitia!
