the staff were really lovely, they even offered us a mattress for our tent.
the tent was spacious and next to the beach which is lovely.
it’s in a really good location especially for those coming from Igoumenitsa port, and there’s even a restaurant / bar on site.
It's an old style hotel but clean and equipped with everything what may you need.
Big fridge with few bottles of water which was nice surprise and we needed because of the extra hot weather.
Air condition and wifi worked wery welll
Very good location with nice wiew .10 minutes walk to the center where you can find shops and restaurants.
Good parking place with shadows behind the hotel.
The owners are very lovely people they try everything to make you happy.. It was perfect for 1 night stay, next day we sail to Corfu.🥰
The service is impeccable! The staff is absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful! The hotel although a little old looks better than expected and it’s super clean!

Clean comfy functional budget room at a budget price. Located directly opposite ferry and a 5 min walk to new bus station and supermarket.

Had a very nice stay at Anthippis property. Very comfortable bed and very modern design. Quiet location with parking and a nice cafe nearby. Would definitely stay again
The property was absolutely amazing and looks even better in reality than on the pictures. Everything is brand new and beautifully designed. The apartment has everything (soaps, shampoo, medicine, tea coffee, etc), every little detail is well-thought. The hosts are the more lovely people and helped us with advice (and brought some really nice and thoughtful snacks!). I would definitely recommend staying there and would love to come again! Thank you so much for making our holidays so good!

- Private (1 side of the pool is overlooked by the villa above but if you stay on the villa side of the pool you cannot be seen by anyone)
- Local management company (Bespoke360) were brilliant at helping us out once we were informed of booking.com's location listing error (the location pin on the map showed this villa being in Igoumenitsa but it is in Sivota)
WE arrived late at night of the ferry.... the place was fantastic, super friendly staff. we only stayed one night but we should of stayed a bit longer. the breakfast was stunning and served with a lovely smile. thank you to all the staff and the owner/s... fantastic
