Everything about our stay was fabulous. Denise and Steve were amazing hosts. The breakfast was delicious with first class food and fresh eggs from their hens. Denise's homemade jams and granola we're delicious. An assortment of cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit - everything you could wish for. We had a lovely slice of cake on arrival which we enjoyed in our room with a cup of tea. The b n b was a little walk out of Whitby centre but we left our car there and walked in every day, using the local buses to get around. All in all, everything was perfect.

A beautiful , tastefully decorated, and appointed place in the most central location with everything quite literally on your doorstep. Comfortable beds with lovely linen, warm and cosy with a gorgeous shower. A traditional old building that has been well designed with a lovely hamper on arrival.

The property was very clean and quite classy from the outside and in the bar area. Very rustic which matches the Stables well. The courtyard outside is lovely, with lights and beautifully designed. We liked how the bedroom was quiet even though it’s next to a main road. Staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful both during the day and at night. We always enjoyed having drinks at night without it being too busy overlooking lovely views of the lake and countryside scenery.
