Carolyn was extremely helpful and also very sweet with our daughter. The food and the general atmosphere of the hotel were also great.

Loved the historical atmosphere of the hotel and the uniqueness of the rooms & shared spaces. The staff were extremely pleasant, the breakfast was scrumptious & and the shower was so powerful it was like having a massage while showering!
