The room met all our expectations. The staff are always pleasant and very clear with information. We needed another electrical plug. Called reception and someone came to see us with an extra cable. We thought that was so good.

The room was clean and spacious with a table and chairs to sit on instead of sitting in the bed when you wanted to relax. Plenty of choice for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Would stay here again.
This boutique hotel is located in the centre of Neath and is home to Spirit 'n' Spice, an Indian Restaurant. The town’s main amenities and attractions are within walking distance.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Location is amazing. The room is big, comfy with fabulous views. Huge bed. Big bathroom with a lovely, big bath plus a big shower.
Lovely breakfast items in little kitchen area. Loads of coffee, tea and milk. Extra coffee, hot choc, tea, etc left for guests on landing area with a few apples... Litre of water in fridge and milk.
Room designed to maximise space with wardrobe area out of sight in space of its own, so room for a chair and two seater sofa from which to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
Stunning location with a gorgeous drive through beautiful countryside, sheep on the road.
Quirky farm with many different units including a yacht on a small lake. Lots of different animals roaming free, including very friendly horses.
Good hot tub with lovely view.
Well equipped kitchen.
Very quiet, no noise from road traffic!
Plenty of chairs and tables outside.
Very clean and well furnished. Great design completely renovated. Very handy the shop just across the street. Quiet location but close to everything we needed. We could walk to most of the places from it. We travelled with kids in a big group and everyone was very satisfied.
This house was immaculate, it’s been designed amazingly and is the best place to stay in Swansea.
The house is huge with 4 bedrooms, clearly recently renovated to a high standard.
Lovely enclosed garden!
Right on the beach, cross the road and your on the sand!! Amazing! Ideal for families, couples, work etc.
I’m still amazed how there was zero sand in the house and the beach is right opposite. It was spotless!
Really nice beds too!
Everything. The house had everything you needed and felt like a home from home, but freshly decorated and wonderful interior design.
The hosts were very accommodating and met all of our requests. The information provided regarding the locality and restaurant and cafe reservations was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave.
Lovely rooms, gorgeous Art Deco designs, all very clean and ship shape. Very comfy bed, very nice bathroom with great shower and free shampoo, soap and shower gel. Very attentive staff and fabulous breakfast. Everything from a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, cooked food, toast and delicious cakes. No problems with the car park next door - convenient and cheap. Also only a ten minute walk to the city centre. A lovely and reasonably priced hotel, would stay there again.
