We stayed in King's room that was spacious and nicely equipped. Breakfast provided in nearby place that was good. Staff is impressive, sent me a message letting me know that I left my jewellery in the room. They are posting it back to me, thank you so much!

Staff were fantastic as usual. Great car parking and the breakfast was as always excellent. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. I always tip the housekeeping guys as they have a really tough job. Have one our your executives spend a day doing what they do and get a real prospective on humility.

Excellent weekend at a quality hotel. Our room was very good with a comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk daily which is a 1st for us instead of the little cartons of cream which are not good in tea.
Every staff member smiled and said hello at every opportunity.
Breakfast was excellent although kitchen service was slow on the Sunday morning with a full dining room due to a wedding there on Saturday night, but we enjoyed pastries and cereals while we waited for a cooked breakfast which was excellent.
We would recommend the Green House Hotel and will be visiting there again.

The reception girl is so lovely and helpful. The design of the hotel is fabulous! I like every details of it, the staircase, the hallway, the bar, room is cosy and feel like home.

The perfect location for exploring Dorset. Lovely friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were well designed with everything we needed for our mini break. Will definitely book again for our next Dorset holiday.

Beautifully presented, designer feel and spacious with home-from-home touches. Light and airy but warm and cosy. Perfect for our family of 4: great to have 2 bath/shower rooms + towels provided. Allocated (undercover) parking is excellent and right near entrance. Well equipped kitchen including condiments and tea/coffee etc. Excellent location to town and Poole Harbour (Brownsea Island ferry was 5min walk away). Reliable WiFi and TV system. Check-in/out information was excellent with the owner. Gorgeous sunsets!
