The Staff at the Crown is absolutely amazing. We had quite a rookie journey and they were incredibly helpful, we can't thank them enough for their hospitality and everything they've provided for us. Special thanks to Vivianne for taking such good care of us, we really appreciate it. Would recommend to stay there any time. Thank you :))

The service was amazing, as soon as we walked into the dining area we were greeted by Brandon , a Johnny Depp doppelgänger. He was so lovely, super helpful, served us our evening meal and also breakfast. Nothing was too much to ask of him. Our evening meal and breakfast was 5 stars. The manager Andy was wonderful and knowledgeable of the hotels history. Our room , the food the service was 5 star.💗

Located in Lancaster city centre, the Crows Hotel offers guests free WiFi. Lancaster’s bus and rail stations are 2 minutes’ walk away.

All of the modern en suite rooms have a digital TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee facilities.

The place was compact, clean, well-maintained and is in an excellent location. The city centre, the castle, eateries, and stores are just a minute away literally. Loved the ambience. The property owner Mr.Joe was very helpful. The laundry that's next to the property is relatively cheaper but is a good addition. I would have preferred to stay here for the whole duration of my visit to Lancaster if not for the unavailability of rooms. If I am ever visiting again, this is going to be the first on my list. Joe - Good work.

We spent two nights during the Easter holidays. We had two separate rooms next to each other, one for two people with a balcony, the other also for two people without a balcony, but with large bathroom. Both rooms have a beautiful views from the windows. We were also impressed by the interior design of the hotel and the glass restaurant. We also liked the opportunity to stay with our dog, there are plenty of places for walks around the hotel. The positive features of this hotel include friendly, helpful staff.

I enjoyed the little luxury that this property provided. As a disabled couple we found it worked well for us to have the flexibility of an apartment. Everything we could wish for was provided. Big bonus was the parking, that was worth the money alone. Very thoughtfully designed with fabulous floor to ceiling windows giving the best sea view.

Fabulous loft apartment with lovely bay windows X 2, giving amazing views over Morcambe bay, and of the Eric Morcambe statue, very comfortable beds, and all we needed to self cater there. I loved the quirky interior design and pictures on the wall. We also loved that it had Alexa, contrary to other reviews, this apartment does have internet access, possibly recently fitted. It went off once, but not for long. We definitely hope to stay in this apartment again.

Fabulous breakfast was included in our price. Service was just as expected and the 30s ArtDeco style was carried through the hotel. The view over Morecambe Bay from our room with balcony was brilliant, particulary sunsets (we had good weather though!) The bathroom was a triumph of design - it took us a short while to find the toilet hidden behind an ingeniously hinged panel section which then turned into a door. Lovely toiletries.
