It’s historic character and modern comfort. It has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and is beautifully decorated and furnished without being “smart” and “boutique”. Lovely spa area although the sauna was disappointingly not up to temperature. Thoughtful touches in the room such as a teapot and a bottle of water, and a complimentary paper The staff are delightful and attentive but not obtrusive.

Relaxing, peaceful rural woodland location with a patio carefully laid out garden area option for breakfast. Great views over the South Downs - and amazing, dark night sky on a clear night. The self-contained apartment was well designed with a lovely breakfast basket provided to eat when you want, inside or out. Sally the host was really helpful throughout our stay. David

Gorgeous apartment in Midhurst - my husband and I stayed with our 8 week old son as we were attending a wedding at nearby Cowdray (which is within easy 5-10min walking distance). The flat itself is stylish, spacious and very comfortable, much easier for a family and better value than a hotel. Bed was large and super comfortable, lovely shower and en-suite, compact and functional kitchen. Helpful communication from owner throughout and useful house book.
