Spacious beautifully designed lodge/cottage on smallholding. Gorgeous garden, very peaceful location with great views of nearby hills and easy access to Ludlow ( we caught bus in and walked back each evening). Ludlow is a stunning town, we were there for music festival but really appreciated the architecture and friendliness. Lots of good hiking quite close, we particularly liked Carding Mill Valley ( The Long Mynd).
The room & balcony was spacious, beautifully decorated with some lovely extras.
The staff were very friendly, helpful & catered for our very large golden retriever without even asking, he was made very comfortable....The hotel position was stunning. The food was gorgeous.
Great design incorporated a grade two listed bread oven, fantastic vista from the open ended conservatory.
Great location for a short walk into Ludlow.
Once the gardens are knocked into shape you will have a jewel of a property.
Very old building with lots of character situated right in the centre of Ludlow. Our room was lovely with everything you would expect and the bathroom was spacious and well designed. Bed very comfortable. Although the restaurant lacked a little in atmosphere, the food itself was very good. Staff generally very friendly.
A truly lovely cottage that scores top marks for comfort, style and cleanliness! The attention to detail belies the fact that this is a holiday home. The bathroom and kitchen are beautifully designed for modern living and yet complement the rest of he house with its original features. This cottage is absolutely charming and we are delighted to have found it!
The house was absolutely stunning; well equipped, gorgeously designed and really felt like home from home. The hosts had thought of everything, and were very accommodating and kind during our trip.
