The room was excellent (although a little small) but cosy and spotlessy clean. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. We were next to a main road, but noise was very minimal.
The evening meal was extremely tasty and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast was also really nice with some good quality items.
We will definitely return at some point.

Wonderful ambience, very clean, some great little touches. Breakfast was excellent. Didn’t have evening meals as there were so many other places to choose, however the meals did look very nice at the hotel. We didn’t use the car once we arrived , as transport was good .

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Gorgeous manor house and spacious twin room. It was just lovely and we had a walk around the grounds which was nice too. Lots of parking, easy check in. Lots of pubs in the area to have dinner at. Great location for visiting L Spa and Warwick which is what we were doing. We would stay again if we were going to be in the area. Breakfast was lovely too.
The house is situated very near the town so very convenient. Quirky house, with some period features. Met our needs as were in town for a wedding and the house very near the wedding reception venue - hence choosing it. Clean and beds comfortable, good value for money. House has been designed very well. Kitchen has everything one needs.
Tastefully decorated with a homely feel. Exactly like the pictures. The bathroom; absolutely stunning. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Entire house was exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. Also had a fire stick which was lovely to have some Netflix and chill and wind down after a day of activities. Honestly can go on and on to keep it short; definitely recommend and we’ll be back soon
Lovely and warm hotel was in an excellent location,the flowers were gorgeous outside and reception staff were welcoming. Breakfast also was lovely and the staff were efficient maybe could have given a little smile.
Phil and Marie were so welcoming, let us check in early as room was ready, beautiful design and view over pond. Lovely place to relax in-between the wedding. All amenities were provided. We will be going back as it's in a beautiful area
The apartment is in a beautiful white building very close to the station and the town centre. It perfectly suited our grown up family of 5 down for the Commonwealth Games. The open plan livingroom, kitchen and dining area is lovely and very well equipped. It has huge windows out on to a balcony. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were 2 stylish bathrooms with great showers. The owners very very helpful and responsive. There is a corner shop less than 100m away for provisions. Leamington was stunning.
This stylish flat in a gorgeous block of modern apartments is perfectly located for walking in and out of Leamington Spa. It is on a lovely quiet street (with plenty of parking) and just over the road from a fab pub. Decorated to such a high quality and has everything you need.
