All very new and clean. Good open plan space downstairs - 3 sofas, a very well stocked kitchen and a utility with wc. Lovely bathrooms (a shower room and large ensuite to main bedroom with bath). Top bedroom in roof void, two single beds great for kids. Neat designed garden with easy access through from parking at the back.

A great boutique hotel, lovely rooms and garden terrace. The staff were amazing, we had dinner in the restaurant and some of our friends had some food intolerance requests. The staff could not be more helpful and the food was delicious all round. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay for dinner. Thank you for looking after us

Everything was tip top from the checkin to Jeff and the staff being welcoming, informative and as charming as this boutique hotel itself. Great value for money and lovely breakfasts. Right on the waterfront as it claims and central to town which has a thriving seaside village atmosphere. I shall return!
