Serving local produce, offering a friendly welcome, efficient service and a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, this former 18th century inn is ideal for those seeking to explore the Cotswold region.

Originally a resting and overnight point for travellers, this hotel still performs the same function, but in a more modern context. It offers the convenience of ample parking in a private car park at the rear of the hotel, and a restaurant and bar open daily to both residents and non-residents.

The staff were amazing! So lovely and welcoming and made my stay there wonderful.

The Lamb is a historical Cotswold Inn that dates back to the 15th century. The Inn is located in the centre of Burford and offers 17 individually-designed bedrooms, a collection of sitting rooms, a traditional English bar and an award-winning restaurant.

We like everything about this house: breakfast and dinner is awesome and the bedrooms, front office, reading room etc. are cozy, like the interior and everything about this old house and staying here.

Beautiful rural location but easy to access from major roads nearby. Very relaxed atmosphere, great food. The inn is an old building but really well renovated so it has modern features

The Swan Inn is located in Ascott Under Wychwood in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. This charming property features a restaurant and opens onto a courtyard with a garden.

Rooms at the 17th-century former coach inn have elegant décor. There is a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom.

The staff was very nice, and the food truly excellent (plus it came quickly). The room was spacious, decorated with taste and quiet. I appreciated the help with my bag. The location was easy to find and I felt home and safe by the fireplace. I enjoyed the "walking map" and the bed and linen are one of the best bed I ever stayed in. The bath tub was incredible. Also appreciated the late check-in. And everything was very cheap for the quality. Will certainly come back again (and I do not usually give a 10 even if I enjoyed it). Thanks a lot!

This is a superb hotel, the attention to detail is magnificent. For example, the towels are top quality, furniture and room design is lovely and matches the country feel. The hostess is skilled and charming and serves an excellent breakfast. Big car park and good location at the top of the high street.

Beautiful Cotswold stone boutique hotel with lots of gorgeous features. Spacious orangery style flagstone floor restaurant. We used the library to work from with an open fire & lots of coffee on tap. Gorgeous garden rooms (we were in Wisdom & Kempster), with choice of feather/non feather bedding, Molton Brown toiletries.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and had a brilliant experience. Ten of us had a lovely meal the night before, the food was excellent (great selection, tasted brilliant and the service was lovely- greatly appreciated the prosecco on the house!). The Burford room is so spacious, lovely views down the High St. and had lovely interior design. The communication from staff before, during and after the stay was brilliant. I would 100% recommend staying and eating here. Thank you all.

Our room was spacious, airy and light with lovely views over the grounds and river. There was ample car parking and it was wonderful to walk across the road to Giffords Circus which was our reason for staying. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining area. Lots of storage space in room. Everything has clearly been thought out and designed for a good stay over. We didn’t have chance to sample the restaurant apart from breakfast, but would happily do so on another occasion. Thank you.

A Beautiful boutique hotel situated only a 5 minute walk from the historic town of Burford. The room was so classy with lovely little boutique touches such as the old fashined bottle of milk given at reception and the home made biscuits and old fashioned radio

Anna is a delightful , extremely helpful and friendly host who went out of her way to make our stay so memorable. Pytts house is stunning with gorgeous decor throughout and stylish and comfortable tooms. The garden with terrace, is beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed our breakfasts there every morning under the vintage parasols. The dogs were lovely and very entertaining too.
