Great location .. right in the middle of town, and room was good, bed comfy, bathroom clean. Slight trouble finding the parking but all turned out fine.

The room was lovely, however the car park, the lift, the corridors stunk of cigarette smoke every time. The food in the bar was shocking! We paid 21 euros for a pizza that was horrific. And a further 21 euros for a club sandwich which was so dreadfully tasteless. And such a huge rip off. The mini bar wasn’t replenished nor was the tea. It’s also a good 20-25 minute walk to the centre of Lille so that was a bit disappointing as it’s advertised as in the heart of Lille. The casino was rubbish too. Couldn’t join the poker as one game was in motion and it was all roped off. Everything else was electronic, no staff, no croupier’s not your typical casino at all. Personally we’ve paid a lot less for much nicer hotels in London and Paris.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of Lille and within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions. If you want to go further a field the Metro and main line stations are also a short walk away. The facilities were all excellent, particularly the shower, the coffe machine (really nice and easy to use) and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The choice of free drink tokens if you do not want/need the room completly valeted each day is a great idea which we took advantage of. There is a comprehensive choice for breakfast including cold meats/cheese, hot food and cereals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially with our lack of french. We really loved our stay and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very lovely boutique hotel, rooms well designed and big. Loads of small details to make us feel at home. In the city centre, 2 min walk from Charles de Gaulle Square. Would recommend.
The interior design was amazing and the building stunning! The staff was young, friendly and welcoming.
I liked the lounge area, they had board games and a Football table. They were also showing the Euro on a projector every day.
The public spaces were large, designer and fresh. The breakfast had choices and the machine coffee was not too bad. The staff were exceptional - Witty, responsive and KIND.
The location was just off theatre land and the old town so nothing was too much of a walk. Find the Canal basin just below the canal - near and lovely.
My room had a bed that folded away so creating lots more space - It made me smile and was much appreciated. And a generous bathroom too.

The location. Once we had got our bearings everything was in easy reach. The interior design was lovely and breakfast was very nice although overpriced at €20 per head. The staff were very friendly and helpful but one did forget to order our taxi (good job I checked) and we were also overcharged for something else but this was rectified very quickly. Housekeeping staff were more than helpful and worked very hard to ensure that rooms are clean and comfortable.
A lovely clean fresh feeling as you enter the lobby. It felt like I was walking through an IKEA showroom, with interesting design and lay out. The reception and restaurant area was really funky, check-in was a very nice experience, and you could immediately tell this was a hotel with a difference!
The apartment was very well-designed and had a lovely corniced ceiling. It is tastefully and stylishly decorated and furnished. It is very well-appointed and modern. Everything of a high standard. It lacked only a washing machine.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of town, and everything was perfect during our stay. The staff were lovely - especially the night manager - the rooms were spotlessly clean and a decent size (especially given the modest price). We had a gorgeous view of the church opposite and couldn't have asked for a better stay.
