Very nice traditional building, that was finished to a very high standard. Set in spacious grounds, with ample parking, and on edge of a river with boardwalk to historic town center.
All the staff were most helpful, and provided us with much information.
Really nice, but very quiet, historic town with fantastic Abbey and other historic buildings, all well maintained.

Good stopover location and the town of Niort was much livelier than expected. Tea at breakfast was served in a teapot!

Room was extremely clean and newly decorated. More spacious than most budget hotels. Towels in bathroom good quality unlike the previous (more expensive) hotels we stayed in on this trip. Nice dining area and bar.
And for a bonus, we had a kettle and tea / coffee in the room.
Typical Ibis Budget, cheap and cheerful for a one-night stopover as part of a longer journey. Was comfortable enough for one night. Near to the motorway. No issues with the dog, is 5€ supplement. Has grassy area behind for the dog which helps. Simple breakfast available. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
Sparkling clean room, with comfy bed and lovely pillows.excellent dinner at the restaurant and really good breakfast.
Room small but had everything that you needed
We had a lovely room with a private outside terrace by the river. The facilities were great - lots of space, seating area and table, storage for clothes and luggage, and all beautifully decorated.
Thérèse and Pascal were excellent hosts and really helpful. We got lots of information about places to visit in the area, which added to our enjoyment of the holiday. Breakfast was lovely also!
