The location is great. Metro is 2 min walking distance. Shops, Restaurants, everything is close. The reception staff, cleaning, and Breakfast staff were very helpful. View from 1211 room is great.

I really liked how modern it was and the location was just a bit out of Paris not as far it looks on the map. There’s a laundry mat, Post Office, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop all in the same block - amazing location. And if you are taking the train it’s super close! We loved that it wasn’t in a busy area and it was only a 20€ Uber to the Louvre from the hotel.

Best place I've booked in Paris so far. It's not my first stay in the city, but the best place I've stayed. All employees were very attentive and kind, never felt awkward to ask them anything. The room was big enough for 2 adults. It was neatly cleaned every day, wich is very nice to see after a long and eventful day in the city. If you're like me and you're afraid of the cleanliness of hotel bedsheets or towels, don't worry, this place is in my top 3 best experiences in this regard! The hotel is close to metro line 1, so most tourst sites are easily accessable from there.

I have only words of praise for the staff of this hotel, but also for the hotel in general. Amazing people. On the first day, we got to the hotel late because of the flight, it was raining heavily, and the taxi didn't want to take us from Porte Maillot to the hotel because of the short distance, so we got really wet. The man at the hotel whose name I don't know was very kind and did everything to make us feel welcome. Even the day after, our phone was left in the hotel room after check out, so the staff called us on the phone, sent us emails and even offered to mail us the phone to the address we indicated. Really wonderful people and a superb hotel. All recommendations 🫶🤝

I loved the fact that the rooms are actually bigger than most rooms in the city. The lobby is exquisite and is very welcoming no matter what time of day you arrive. The people working are very courteous and helpful, right from the check-in to the check-out. The rooms have a new look and feel, and are very comfortable how you expect Hyatt hotels to be in levels of comfort and cleanliness. I was traveling for my honeymoon and the General Manager was very helpful in advance he blocked the room with the best view for us on a very high floor (24th Floor), we couldn't have been happier honestly. Having the opportunity to look at the Eiffel Tower at your own will from the comfort of your bed, we watched the Eiffel Tower sparkling lights uncountable times during our trip, and every time it was as special as the first time. There was a hand faucet in the washroom which is a super ++ if you're used to using hand jets and not only toilet paper. Micheal working at the bell desk was super helpful! He went over and above his work responsibilities for us, even loaded our whole luggage (6 bags) in the car all by himself, even when the car was a little small but as we were getting late he shuffled the luggage all by himself to make those fit! You do not generally see such hardworking people who go above and beyond their responsibilities, and Micheal is surely such a person, loved the interaction.
