Excellent caretaker Ricardo (Richard), always helpful and available. Liked the little "casita" which is well-designed. Fully equipped kitchen very helpful. Nicely equipped with sound and entertainment system. Booked it also to be able to hold business meetings (either in person with locals from Santo Domingo, or remotely with global virtual multi participant meetings). So both comfort and working ability were key. Would come back if the inconveniences are addressed as suggested.
It is near the airport, and I know the place quite well. Breakfast is included. There is a lovely restaurant where you can swim across the road called Boca Marina, I highly recommend you check it out and get a swim in, too.
exceptional and luxury apartment right next to the airport, but still close to the boca chica beach. spacious and super clean rooms with delicate interior. the staff were helping me in many ways. thanks again for everything. I will definitely come back.
The pool, gardens and staff are a dream. New, modern and very well kept. The design and condition of the villa was excellent. Security is solid. Designated parking spot is great. The wifi was excellent, although there are random brownouts that will knock you off wifi for about 5 mins, which was not ideal for my remote work meetings on a few occasions. Rafy is one of the most responsive, kind and fair host. It was a pleasure corresponding with him and he really made the experience a five star one.
Hotel Zapata a true gem in Boca Chica. The interior design of the courtyard is simple elegant and tasteful. The plants location and placement is like a zen garden! The lobby is stunning! There is an outdoor bar, coffee place where you can get your drinks all day long. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. Cesare was my favorite who assisted with my personal request.
Next door there is amazing restaurant. We dine there every evening. Their paella is the best I have ever tasted.

Well-designed and pleasant self-contained development with a lovely pool. Quiet. Far enough away to ignore the squalor of central Boca Chica. Friendly staff. Clean
This has clearly been a lovely complex at some point and could be again with investment. It is a block of 12 to 16 separate rooms to the rear of an Italian restaurant. Ideal for me as a solo traveller on a budget.
Across the street to the beach, calm, green tropical, clean environment with very picturesque design. Helpful staff at the reception and everyone very welcoming.
