The location of the hotel was awesome, right on the river and close to everything. In addition, there was an easy tram ride to the location from the Hauptbahnhof. The staff was very helpful in assisting with the tram and were amazing overall. I arrived on a Sunday when the regular staff is not there and those who were were AWESOME! They put me in my room early and provided me a coffee and croissant for the short period I waited for the room to be prepared. That worked great because it gave me some time to prepare for the rest of my day. The room was AMAZING! Very spacious and clean and just great looking. The bathroom was also fantastic! Big, with all new and updated ammenities. There was a fan in the room and plently of windows to let in frest air. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!
