Reception staff were excellent especially Phillip. We decided to eat in the hotel. Food & drink were good quality and reasonably priced. My friends all agreed that we would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Fabulous hotel in an old, historic mill, full of interesting paintings - very friendly and helpful staff and particularly the owner, who couldn't have done more to make us welcome. Our apartment room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge.
Breakfast was amazing, and couldn't have been any better in a 5-star hotel. Plenty of choice, and it would be hard to think of anything else that could have been supplied.
The meal in the restaurant was particularly good.
Parking was OK (but booking advisable) and our dog was made welcome too!

It's cheap, just a few minutes walk away from the city centre, and the staff are very helpful. I took this as an economy option because I was planning to check-in late and leave early, and wanted something no-frills.

The location of the hotel was not that easy to reach local supermarkets. You can take public transport straight to the centre.
The breakfast experience was relaxing, food was prepared to a high standard.
Room lights could be a bit brighter without having to open the window for natural lights to compensate.
There are bike locking areas both outside of the hotel and on the side of the building. If you are planning on taking a bicycle with you please bring a lock.
This hotel is quietly set in a listed building which used to be a school. Hotel Im Schulhaus features free Wi-Fi, bike rental, an elevator, and a sun terrace.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, fantastic high quality breakfast.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
What a wonderful place to stay. Lovely apartment in a great location with stunning views overlooking the Rhine. Easy access to train station, ferries and river boats. Raphael is a great host willing to answer questions and be helpful. His Pizzeria below is a classy place serving great food yet isn't intrusive and once in the aparment you wouldn't know it is there. Accommodation is very spacious and clean with everything you would require for a stay. Can't think of any negatives and so can highly recommend.
Breakfast was excellent.
Beautifully run family business. The staff owned the hotel which is run like a boutique hotel. Friendly, upgraded us to a beautiful balcony room as their gift to us on arrival. Couldn’t say enough about this place. A real gem! Food is amazing!
It was a most enjoyable stay, lovely room with balcony overlooking the Rhine, excellent breakfast and dinner, excellent staff. Stylish and Art deco interior, worth a visit !
Friendly staff, consistently charming design, even the plates used for breakfast followed the same style. Breakfast is excellent value for money: 15 euros for a huge buffet breakfast with champagne! Warm meal is cooked in front of you, gives a homey feeling. Parking is easy, plenty of spots around the hotel. Beautiful park just opposite, ideal for a short stroll.
A single room with a view is a rare treat, in such a lovely location looking out over the rhein was amazing. The privacy and security made for a relaxing stay. Gorgeous location and a great breakfast, with tables on the riverside made it special.
Stunning property and location. We arrived on motorcycles and were immediately met by the owner who offered us a garage to store them. The hotel was really beautifully designed and decorated imaginatively. Dinner was delicious and the staff again were delightful.
The boutique small hotel was very cosy and tranquil. Rooms decorated with taste and fully functional with a lot of space. The restaurant Michelin stared run by a lovely family: the youngster in the evening and the older ones in the morning. All of them speaking good English. The dishes - excellent and tastefully prepared! What a good choice! And all of these in a landscape to dream of: Rhine Valley with its coquette chateaux. Wonderful place and wonderful people: shall return in autumn for sure! :)
Beautifully stylish. We were warmly welcomed and although the hotel car park was full we easily found local, cheaper parking nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our riverside early evening wine and all the waiting staff were lovely, especially Eda who was particularly kind and helpful.
