Pretty good place to stay for one night in a road trip. Price is reasonable, I will add it to the options for the next time.
1. Check-in / check-out procedures. Perfect. Minimal time, all needed guidance provided.
2. Keys. I love german hotels in this aspect - this one is no difference - everything fits, everything clicks.
3. Atmosphere. Pretty relaxed. Despite they accept pets I had no any noise isolation issue.
4. Water / tea / coffee / teapot in the room + terrace. Not fully worked for us this time due to our schedule but it was nice to find.
5. Overall bed quality / black-out / easy to find and use facilities in the room. Most of the things were in place where you expect them and worked as you expect them. Not always the case.

The hotel and the location were excellent. Easy stroll to restaurants in the old town. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fine. Rooms good and generally a very nice hotel in a lovely location.
Lovely, large and spacious two-bodroom apartment with two bathrooms, kitchen and large living / dining area with balcomy ovrlooking the river. Bright and modern rooms, finished to a very high specification, comfortable beds. Clean and well presented. About five minutes walk from the centre of Bad-Neuenahr and 30 minutes walk to the centre of Ahrweiler.
We had a wonderful weekend in a cozy apartment, located in a beautiful place next to a natural park. The hosts are two lovely sister ladies and their families, they all made sure their guests are happy. We will be glad to return some day.
Lovely apartment in the heart of the town and within walking distance of everything. Amazingly setup apartment, very well laid out and great facilities in the kitchen.
The stunning view from our room was amazing. Despite the cold outside, and even snow, the room was lovely and warm. Breakfast was as expected, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. Dinner was exceptional, and the wine list was extremely varied.
We enjoyed our five night stay.
