The location was so near to many things. English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please.
Price was very good for the facilities and service provided.
I would like to thank the staff of the hotel. It's clean with a good design and Nice rooms. We stayed in room 2303 and the cleaning lady did an amazing job with our room. Thank you! The breakfast has a lot of choices of food to choose from. The gym was ok and clean. Even the piccolos make us smile every time they greeted us. Thanks Zhimin Luo!
