Location was good. It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood well communicated with the airport and the city center by Tram (around 20 minutes to both destinations), which in general works very well.
Staff was nice and efficient.
The Holiday Inn Zürich Messe is located between the airport and the city centre, next to the famous Hallenstadion concert venue, the fairgrounds, the Convention Centre and the Theater 11 music hall.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.

- The two people I met at the reception were extremely kind and helpful.
- The room was extremely quiet and comfortable, newly and tastefully designed.
- The “hot spring water” pool is relatively small but together with the sauna and steam room, it makes for a very nice area to relax.

The hotel is in a “picture postcard” setting. The village is stunning.

The room was ok, had a view of the yard! Could do with a little updating, But it had the most comfortable bed.

Great apartment and location. Spacious with lovely river view. On site (free) laundry facilities. Plenty of storage. Simple arrival procedure and clear instructions.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the large room and the design of bathroom. First filling of mini-bar was for free which was a nice gesture from hotel. The breakfast was very good.
