We enjoyed the Deluxe room with the balcony to the backside of the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated, the room was exactly like on the pictures. It was very clean and had a cosy, nice atmosphere. The madress and the pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed also the snacks in the morning like a cup of tea, coffee, cookies, croissant. We also could wait on the day of our check-out in the hotel lobby until our taxi came and could also leave the luggage meanwhile we went to have lunch. The hotel is very central and we could explore the city by walking from the hotel. The people at the reception where friendly and helpful.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The location was pretty nice- near the city center and also the Danube river. The property was clean and comfortable, with all the needed appliances. The interior design was outstanding.
Unusual, unconventional, building with rooms renovated with great care and design. We had two rooms, two TVs, remote controlled coloured LED lighting, and ceiling mirrors, even the curtain ties were designer magnetic.
The apartment was very clean and well equiped: the bedrooms had extra pillows and sheets, the kitchen had all we needed: glasses, dishes, cooking pots etc. Modern furniture and great design. It looks better than in the pictures.
The location, the interior design, that it was so tidy and clean with all you needed to have a comfortable stay.
We will definitely return and we have told all family and friends about this amazing apartment. A home from home when you are in Ruse.
