These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The Wurruk Motel is a basic older style motel with so many good features. Comfy bed, huge shower, huge fluffy towels, spotless linen, quiet rooms, spacious grounds and lovely staff. A few minutes outside Sale but perfect for a budget stay in the area.
Amazing design to fit so much into a retively small space. Comfortable and convenient for us. Beautiful, stylish decor of high quality. Everything you would need for self catering including a full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and combo microwave and convection oven as well as a gas cook top.
An older hotel, however great facilities and very affordable. Lovely garden to sit in, a laundry and fully equipped shared kitchen. The manager Mary was super friendly and helpful to us. Room was also comfy with wonderful hot shower.
The most well designed accommodation I’ve come across in a very long time. This is reflected in everything from their 24hr check in kiosk to the very helpful and useful compendium. Room was well equipped, could easily stay here for a much longer time.

Loved the setting. Accom was beautiful. Well designed and had everything we needed. It was styled beautifully.

Facilities are well equipped and everything is clean and well presented. Lillian is friendly and accommodating. We have been staying in her accomodations over the past few years. The properties are stylishly designed and they have thought of everything. Would highly recommend.
The interior design was beautiful!
They have kept the old charm with a subtle modern touch.
Rooms albeit small were very comfortable and every need was accommodated. The coffee machine was a nice little luxury.

The reception staff was friendly and efficient during the check-in. The property/garden is very well maintained. The studio apartment is modern, very clean, well designed and the bed was so comfortable. We are travelling extensively and this is the best accommodation we have seen so far. It really deserves a 5 star rating.
