It was great location for us as we had an event in Mount Martha. Check in and out were very easy. It was a very comfortable, cosy room. The shower head was amazing, the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Great value for money! Had a good sized fridge and microwave. The air con was lovely and quiet and effective in keeping the room a comfortable temperature. And I love that it just has refillable soap and shower gel dispensers rather than the less sustainable/more wasteful individual soaps etc

Have stayed there before for work and enjoyed the room and whole atmosphere of the place...but this time the room had no balcony or view and so felt very claustrophobic and not worth a 5 star price tag

The apartment was lovely. Clean, quiet, comfortable and with secure parking. The location was fabulous, an easy walk to the foreshore and plenty of eateries. Would certainly stay there again if going to Frankston

The room was a good size; comfortable and clean, in a lovely setting not far from Frankston station. The staff were very helpful prior to arriving at the motel, catering to our needs etc. Nothing was any problem for them. Really good. Would definitely stay here again as it is close to our relatives in Frankston and Seaford.

Loved the perfect location, right at the beach, with amazing sea views and sunsets. The house is expansive and fits big groups. Older Tudor style like design, but that's the quirk of it. Kids could play hide and seek forever, after spending all day at the beach. Best thing about this amazing home was the closeness to the beach, walking barefoot to and back. Would love to stay again.

The stay was lovely, the owners very inviting and the property was clean and suitable for our needs! Close to local shops and venues, we loved how the place backed onto gorgeous land with lots of native birds and wildlife!
