Staff on reception and running the bar were incredibly helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their advice on the area too.
The rooms were clean, the showers hot and the breakfast was full of choice.

It was second time for us of staying in hotel Hauser. We had that evening very friendly and nice ladies at reception. The room was nice.
The breakfast was perfect, the lady by the breakfast was very friendly and made for us coffee ( for our children chocolate milk) and we got vitamine shot from her.

We arrived at 10pm sharp and it was no problem to check in. The rooms seem to be new and in very nice but solid design.
Altough on a very busy road it was quiet. Breakfast and personell was very helpful and friendly!
Nice hotel. We stayed one night in transit and were pleasantly surprised by the attractive design, efficient furnishings and good soundproofing. The location in the city center is also a plus and manager Wilhelm is easy to reach, responding quickly to emails et cetera. Don't expect excessive luxury, but these City Rooms are well worth the modest price.
I liked everything about the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that all hotel premises were very spacious. We also used the hotel parking, and the parking lots there are generously wide. The hotel lobby is very nicely designed, there is a bar to chill and comfortable sofas. Good job done! Thank you for your hospitality!
The apartement is tastefully designed, well-equipped, spaceous and extremely comfortable. I'd like to mention the bed which was one of the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The check-in was contactless but very easy. The flat is on the 8th floir, offering a spectacular view over the city.
The room had an interesting design . Bathroom was very pretty with special black tiles. Bed was huge. Very close to a big supermarket and bus stop from train station. Reasonable distance to city centre (quite close to a zoo with free entrance)
It's a stylish hotel, a pleasant combination of new design and old architecture on a historic site. A unique feeling that makes you very comfortable and cosy.
After a week in Croatia and Slovenia, this was hotel heaven! The quality of the bed linen and the design details in the room were wonderful. And there was none of the ambient noise from a/c or electrics you get in most modern hotels.
I arrived late, but the receptionist recommended a local pizzeria where I manged to have a good meal after 10pm.
