Walkable distance to the train station (obertraun dachsteinholen bahnof) and ferry station (to hallstatt) & 2 mins walk to obertraun feriendorf, is bus 543 to ice caves & five fingers. Highly recommended to all👍

Location was impeccable with the ferry drop-off/pick-up point just right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately the ferry was not in service during our stay and we have to transfer via bus which is on the other side of town, if not the view from the train station across the lake would have been fantastic. Sauna was an added bonus! We really enjoyed it.
