    It was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, the view was magnificent. Overall it was lovely. The little pool or hot tub is heated, so it was so nice to sit it and relax. We were able to do the DIY barbecue in the evening which was great, the food was delicious and it was a lot of fun cooking by the fire. Hassam, Raafat, Adil and Guru were all amazing and so so helpful, they really made the stay exceptional for us.

    We loved the room very clean and comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were awesome. We found a gecko in our bedroom when we first arrived and the staff immediately changed our room and even upgraded us to a higher category room which was awesome. The pool view was gorgeous. The hotel lobby is airy and stylish. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the bar.

    Mercure is all about its location . An amazing high on the cliffs location overlooking an Oasis and the city of El ein. The hotel was built well and designed well. It is outdated in its design..needs complete face lift. But it's well maintained . All in all comfortable. All the hotels employees are kind and eagerly helping. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking a breath taking view. Kids will love this hotel . Nice slides in pool . Breakfast very good. Coffee of high quality. It is a unique place. I loved it

    It was an amazing experience staying at Telal Resort, a place where you feel that the nature has never been modified or touched... the appartment was with an exceptional decoration design, pool so clean and the view of the desert from pool was very beautiful, you walk with deers and you feel yourself part of that environnement not just a guest, staff are very friendly and supportive... place must see!!!
