Laundry, smart tv, full kitchen... etc. There is a tennis/pickle ball court, lake with fish and a swing-seat, fountain, extensive grounds, etc. The hosts are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, courteous, helpful - everything you could ask for. I am already looking to organise my next stay there.

The country house features a flat-screen TV. There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchenette complete with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Absolutely loved this place! Everything looks new, very clean and comfy, and has that nice wood cabin smell. The house has everything you might need, the check-in was very easy and the location is peaceful. I only stayed one night, but wish I had stayed longer!

Although the washroom was small, it was fine. The host was wonderful and kept in communication and was very fast to respond. The balcony/porch was beautiful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Quiet area. Really peaceful
It was a lovely quiet place on a peaceful street. Great to have a kitchen and relax in the day. The Blue Hen Cafe on the corner was delicious and treated us like locals on our second visit.
Definitely one of the best values you can find in Miami Beach property is really in the center of all the action. Apartment is very quiet located on the third floor despite bar/nightclub on the first floor but you cannot hear anything it's really peaceful. From the window, you actually can see a little bit of ocean, which is great benefit

The staff works really hard to keep the place clean and to make sure everyone is comfortable. It’s very night, it’s just old. Alot is outdated and the grass around a lot of the grounds is dead or non existent. It’s peaceful and quiet and clean though I did find a cockroach in my room one nice. Over all breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. Loved the laundry and jacuzzi! The staff is lovely. Love where there are flowers and grass

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot with trees and sidewalks all around. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t expect luxury, so we weren’t surprised not to find it. Restaurants and a grocery store are a few minutes’ drive, easy.
Very peaceful, comfortable and spacious property. Excellent master bedroom with walk-in closet and a super en-suite with very good shower. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet location. Wonderful laundry facilities!
